Q: How is the food and drinks served?
A: Staff will be roaming the venue with food. Drinks will be served from multiple bars around the venue.
Q: What is the entertainment and when will it be on?
A: Live Music 6-9pm, DJ 9-12:30am. Artists TBC.
Q: Will there be heaters if it is cold?
A: Yes
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The event will go on, 95% of the Venue is undercover.
Q: Do you cater to dietaries?
A: Yes, dietaries are catered for in the food options that will be roaming the venue. Severe allergies should be identified to staff.
Q: Is this an 18+ event and will I have to show ID?
A: This event is 18+ only and staff may request to see your ID on entry or at any time throughout the night.
Q: Can I reserve a table?
A: This is not a seated event, and no table reservations are available. There are some tables throughout the venue which are available on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend you arrive early if you wish to secure a table.
Groups occupying a larger table than they require may be asked to move to a smaller table.
Q: What time does the event start and finish?
A: Doors open at 6:00pm at which time you can purchase drinks at regular prices until 7.30pm.
The drink and food package begins at 7.30pm and the bar and beverage pack ends at 12:30am with all guests needing to leave the venue by 1:00am
Q: Where do I enter the venue?
A: From the Yarra Riverside entry, this runs alongside the Yarra River near Seafarers Bridge.
Q: Is the venue wheelchair friendly?
A: Yes, there are no steps into the Venue and we have accessible bathrooms available.
Q: Are there any prohibited items?
A: Examples of prohibited items are but not limited to: chairs, tables, external food or drinks, dangerous items.
Q: Can I re-sell my ticket?
A: Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. We are not liable for anyone giving their ticket to someone else.
Q: What if I can’t come anymore, do you offer a refund?
A: Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable.
In the case where the event is unable to proceed and is cancelled for any reason, tickets purchased will be fully refunded.
Q: Can I be kicked-out of the event? Do you have security at the event?
A: Management reserves the right to prohibit entry of all persons under the influence of drugs and alcohol, showing disorderly or inappropriate behavior.
Security will be present for the entirety of the event and any intoxicated or disorderly patrons, or any patrons who make staff or guests uncomfortable, will be asked to leave, with no refund available.
Q: Will there be any tickets sold on the door on the night of the event?
A: Yes, if we have not sold out prior to the event. Please purchase tickets via Eventbrite up until doors open at 6:00pm.
Q: Do you have a coat check?
A: No.
